Born and raised right here in North Carolina, Jennie Harless has been measuring and appraising homes across Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties since 1997. As a Certified Residential Appraiser and the owner of Value Solutions Inc., Jennie has nearly 30 years of firsthand experience with the unique neighborhood trends in our area. She’s all about giving her clients honest, reliable data they can trust.
On top of running her business, Jennie serves on the exclusive appraisal panel for the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), helping our local veterans get fair valuations. She was also appointed to the Johnston County Board of Equalization and Review to help keep local property assessments fair for everyone.

Nicole Johnson has been appraising homes across Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties for decades, and she truly loves what she does. For Nicole, being an appraiser isn't just a job, she’s genuinely passionate about the appraisal industry. Over the years, she’s seen the local market change and grow, giving her the kind of firsthand knowledge you can only get from years of experience in the neighborhood.
Nicole is also proud to be on the exclusive appraisal panel for the Department of Veterans Affairs, where she gets to use her expertise to help our nation's veterans complete the real estate buying or refinancing process.

He is an experienced real estate appraiser serving Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties. His background provides him with a sharp eye for detail and a comprehensive understanding of what truly drives property value in the Triangle and surrounding communities, because he is also a Real Estate Broker/Realtor with a local Real Estate Firm. Whether working with buyers, sellers, or industry professionals, Scott is dedicated to delivering highly accurate valuations backed by reliable, real-time market data.
Scott is also a Fee Panel Appraiser for the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing trusted valuation services for our nation’s veterans, ensuring their homes meet the rigorous safety and value standards they deserve.
