Born and raised right here in North Carolina, Jennie Harless has been measuring and appraising homes across Wake, Johnston, and Harnett Counties since 1997. As a Certified Residential Appraiser and the owner of Value Solutions Inc., Jennie has nearly 30 years of firsthand experience with the unique neighborhood trends in our area.
On top of running her business, Jennie serves on the exclusive appraisal panel for the Department of Veterans Affairs, providing trusted valuation services for our nation’s veterans. .
